A key piece of keeping the weight off after Phase 1 is to get better at planning and meal prepping. To improve this skill, I like to start out with planning my breakfasts since I'm a get-up-and-get-out-the-door person. Recipes that make 5-7 servings and can be tossed individually into some foil to grab and heat up in the microwave in the morning (or just eaten cold!) are great solutions for day-to-day busy lifestyles and help to build healthy habits of planning your meals ahead of time!
